Muxlisa Ostanova

Muxlisa Ostanova is a highly qualified and proactive specialist in the fields of public communication, information policy, and strategic PR in Uzbekistan. She has extensive experience working with government institutions and social organizations in areas such as media relations, public information services, brand development, content marketing, and digital communications.

Muxlisa began her professional career in 2017 as a proofreader for the journal “Preschool Education Methodology” under the Ministry of Preschool Education, where she was responsible for text editing, linguistic accuracy, and style consistency.

From 2020 to 2021, she worked as a press secretary at the Tashkent City Department of the Youth Affairs Agency, where she was engaged in shaping the organization’s public image, preparing press materials, cooperating with media outlets, and covering public events.

Between 2021 and 2024, she served as a press secretary and senior specialist in the Department of International Relations at the Central Council of the Youth Union of Uzbekistan. In this role, she played a key role in managing large-scale youth initiatives, international programs, and information campaigns.

Since August 2024, Muxlisa has been working as a PR Specialist at the Center for advancing communy strengths and social well-being. In this role, she is responsible for leading the organization's information strategy, organizing public outreach campaigns, enhancing cooperation with partner institutions, and promoting the Center’s social mission through strategic communication.

She possesses strong skills in journalism, digital media, content creation, SMM, and mobile videography. She is fluent in Uzbek, Russian and English. Muxlisa is also highly experienced in creating creative content for social media, running targeted advertising campaigns, and establishing effective public communication channels.
