Anna Yugay

Anna Yugay is a dedicated social work professional with a strong background in psychology and a passion for supporting vulnerable children and families. With a Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Oklahoma, where she was a Fulbright Scholar, she has a robust academic foundation.

Her career has been focused on a wide range of social work areas, including child protection, case management, and program coordination. As a Coordinator for UNICEF, she managed case files, established a digital database for the Primero program, and facilitated communication between specialists. Her role as a Coordinator of Family Strengthen Service at "SOS CHILDREN’S VILLAGES UZBEKISTAN" involved leading a team of social workers, counseling families who had experienced trauma, and providing prevention from emotional burnout for her colleagues.

Anna has extensive experience in both domestic and international settings, having completed internships in the United States focused on play therapy for children with trauma, support for vulnerable children, and refugee resettlement. She is skilled in providing psychological training, particularly to improve communication skills, and has experience as a trainer for young adults with special needs.

Her professional skills include team leadership, cross-cultural communication, and a commitment to self-development. She is fluent in Russian and English with basic proficiency in Uzbek and Korean.
