From Columbia IPE Day:

On April 5, 2022, Columbia’s professional health programs and schools free themselves from business as usual to participate in IPE Day 2022. This year both in-person and virtual sessions will be available. The theme is Interprofessionalism in Action: Strengthening Ethical, Responsive, and Accountable Care, in recognition of the role we all play in working together towards health equity and justice for all.

In lieu of regularly scheduled classes for most dental, medical, nursing, nutrition, occupational therapy, pastoral care, physical therapy, public health, social work, and genetic counseling students, the campus will join together for lecture presentations, experiential learning, and workshop sessions that convey the necessity and skills of egalitarian teamwork.
