Bio
Angelica is the program manager for the SIG WINGS+PrEP study, reporting to Anindita. She is a first generation college graduate from Baltimore, MD—which lends to her die-hard enthusiasm for the Baltimore Ravens and the ins-and-outs of what makes a great crab cake. She brings a strong research background from her time as an undergraduate McNair scholar at Cleveland State University, and her graduate research studies at University of Pennsylvania and NYU. She has a passion for helping marginalized populations and harnessing the strength of community. In her free time, she enjoys dancing, trying out new foods/restaurants, and is a voice actress on her best friend’s cartoon, The Carsons.
